Kale Chips Recipe
  • Wash and dry the kale(as dry as you can get it).
  • Rip all the leaves off the stem.
  • Put them in a bowl with a little oil and whatever seasoning you like.
  • Then put it in the oven on 350 for 8-10min but check and flip before the time is up.

Mix 1 oz. Thai-Go and 1 oz. Ionic Minerals

Mix 1 oz Thai-Go and 1 tablespoon Flax Seed Oil

Mix 1 oz. Thai-Go in Vanilla Nutri-Burn (prepared as normal) or with ultimate green zone prepared as you like

Thai-Go/Love and Peas Smoothie

Mix in blender:

1 cup almond or soy milk

2 scoops Love and Peas protein powder

½ cup water

4-5 ice cubes

½ cup plain yogurt

A handful of fresh spinach

1 tablespoon flax seeds

½ cup oats

1 oz. Thai-Go

Juice from ½ fresh lime

Add more or less water or almond milk to alter

consistency.

Super Power Brain Drink

1 scoop Berry Healthy

¾ teaspoon Focus Attention Powder (or more if

desired)

2 oz. Thai-Go

8-12 oz. water

Combine in blender and enjoy!

Thai-Go Cocktail

Steep 1 blueberry herbal teabag with 4 oz. boiling

water. Let cool.

Add 1 oz. of Thai-Go and spritz with 4 oz. seltzer

water.

Garnish with slice of fresh fruit or berries.
