Essential oil Recipes for Winter
Immunity Boosting Blend Excellent formulation, works well for everyone!
6 drops Lavender 6 drops Bergamot 3 drops Lemon 3 drops Tea Tree 2 drops Myrrh
It makes one 2oz bottle. Use this formulation to help build your immunity, or when fighting an active cold, flu, etc.

16 drops Clove 14 drops Lemon 8 drops Cinnamon 6 drops Eucalyptus 4 drops Rosemary
This Formulation is great for any Flu/Virus/Bacteria issues, both for prevention and use when the issue arises. ****note: this is close to (Thieves)
Colds and Congestion
10 drops Tei Fu 10 drops Lavender (for stuffy noses and coughing) 10 drops Lemon
Coughs (tight and Hard)
2 drops Roman Chamomile (for spasms and inflammation) 2 drops Ylang Ylang (for Pain)
Put straight on chest and then cup hands together inhale the residue left.
Fever 4 drops Lavender 3 drops Lemon 2 drops peppermint
Use with carrier oil and rub into the feet and up the spin and neck.
