Put 5 to 10 drops of each of these
essential oils in a diffuser.
Bergamot Clary Sage Pink Grapefruit Patchouli Lemon
OR to use in a spray bottle,
use 3 drops for a small bottle,
5 drops for a medium size bottle,
or 7 to 10 drops for a large size bottle.
Fill bottle with purified water and tap on palm
of hand 100 times to mix.
Make sure that your bottles are PET safe.
That means it's Essential Oil safe.
When it's time for a colon cleanse
use this recipe.
"Daily Colon Cleanse"
1/2 glass of Apple Juice
2 Tbsp. Aloe Vera Juice
2 Tbsp. Liquid Chlorophyll
1 heaping Teaspoon of Psyllium Hulls Combination
Combine in a blender or stir with a spoon.
This mixture will thicken if allowed to set, so drink it immediately, followed by a full glass of pure water and two capsules of Cascara Sagrada or 3 capsules of LBS-II.
This drink should be taken the first thing in the morning every day for 60 days. Thereafter, it can be taken every other day indefinitely.
NOTE: It is important to drink plenty of pure water while maintaining this regimen.
