Yummy Cowboy Salsa
1 Can of Pinto Beans, drained
1 Can of Black-eyed peas, drained
1 Can of Black Beans, rinsed and drained
1 Can of Northern Beans, rinsed and drained 1 Can of White Corn, drained 1 Can (4 oz) diced chillies 1 Green and Red pepper, chopped 5 Cloves of Garlic, minced 2 Jalapenos chopped, seeds & stems removed (opt.) 1/2 Red onion, chopped 1/2 cup Lemon juice 1/2 cup of Sugar 1/2 Cup Oil
Combine, Cover and Refrigerate. Allow it to marinate at least 6 hours.
